Hunting Tourist

A.The Activities in Borobudur Temple

At Sunday, November 8th 2009 my school brought about Hunting Tourist program with a purpose Borobudur temple, Agung mosque of Yogyakarta Palace, and Malioboro area. Hunting tourist program followed by five classes, there are 9 RSBI, 8A RSBI, 8B RSBI, PPB 1, PPB 2, and some teachers. We used four buses and we had to pay Rp 20.000,00 for three times meals. The purpose of this program is giving a chance for the students to have a chat with foreign tourist.

At October 26th 2009 we made hunting tourist group. My group is me, Ayu, Erlita, Arum, Utari, Yoga, Prima, Adi, Ulung, and Gustav.

Before hunting tourist at November 7th 2009, we practiced chatting with tourist. The teacher is Mr. Suharno, Mrs. Wiji, and Mrs. Istri. It started from 08.00 am – 10.30 am in Junior High School 1 Wonogiri’s shed. After 10.30 am we went home.

The next day at 05.30 am I went to schoo. At 06.15 am we held ceremony with Mr. Kusman as compere. At 06.30 am I went to the bus B, because bus A for 9 RSBI, bus C for 8B RSBI, and bus D for PPB1 and PPB 2. Then we left Junior High School 1 Wonogiri. On the way we enjoy beautiful scenery, and while my friends laughed and song. We were all happy. Tired I listened Mp3, ate snack, and learnt for hunting tourist. Having we arrived at Borobudur temple area at 10.30 am. We bought tickets, after that it my group began hunting tourist. We saw a foreign tourist so we came near to.

We had a chat with foreign tourist from Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Holand. They like Borobudur Temple very much, because it is beautiful and amazing. They came to Indonesia with their friends and family.

B.The Activities in Agung Mosque of Yogyakarta Palace

Then we had to be lunch. We continued. Came unto bus we lunch. We continued the tour to the Agung Mosque of Jogyakarta Palace. We had walk to came in the mosque. After finish praying and changingit is about the shirt, were we back to the bus for couch mukenah and went to Malioboro on foot with distance about 1 km.

C.The Activities in Malioboro

Malioboro is actually the name of street. It is a very popular street in Yogyakarta. On the right side if the street there are many vendors which sell unique and antique souvenirs. We arrived in Malioboro at 3 pm. We started walking along the street. We were given one hour a half to spend in Maloiboro. We could so there by pedicab, four wheel carriage or on foot.

D.Result of The Interview
We made some interview with some foreign tourist in Borobudur Temple. The following persons were the tourist we met at Borobudur Temple :

1.Mr. Antony

His name is Antony from Australia. Antony came to Indonesia with his friend at November 7th 2009. Antony like Borobudur temple because it is very beautiful and he hoped that anywhere all of tourist don’t throw rubbish. The Antony’s favorite fruit are mango, pineapple and papaya. And he also likes sate. He will be back to his country at November 11th 2009. But sorry I don’t have the signature, picture, and e-mail address. We give a souvenir for Antony. After having chat with Antony we hunt a tourist again.

2.Mr. Jimmy

His name is Jimmy from Singapore. Jimmy came to Indonesia with his girl friend her name was Sarah. They came to Indonesia 2 days ago. In Indonesia they stay in a hotel. Jimmy like Borobudur temple very much because it is natural, and very beautiful. Jimmy and Sarah will be back to their country at November 10th 2009. I have an e-mail address, picture, and signature. The e-mail address is rondex_cs@yahoo.com. We ended the chat and we gave them a souvenir.

3.Mr. Yusuf

Then we have chat with a tourist from Korea but he lived in Indonesia for a long time. His favorite foods are soto, fried chicken, and sate. Yusuf likes Borobudur temple because it’s very amazing. Yusuf loves with Indonesia so he will live 5 years here. I have an e-mail address, picture, and signature. His e-mail address is indonesia@autonics.com. We didn’t forget to give him a souvenir. We finised the chat. Bacause we were tired so we had a break in under a big tree. Not a long time we saw a tourist. We asked him to have a chat.

4.Mr. Michael

His named was Michael from Holand. Michael came to Indonesia with his wife October 18th 2009. The purpose of Michael and his wife is for honey moon. The place that their have ever visited are Tanjung Benoa, Bedugul, and some beautiful place. They like Borobudur temple because very beautiful and amazing. They hoped the ticket price is the same for all of tourist same. The Michael favorite food in Indonesia is Padang rice, and manisan. They will be back to the country in 2 weeks. Because the time was up, so we back to the bus, but we took a picture together.
